Learning modules people actually want to watch. I turn leadership and culture goals into training that's clear, practical, and easy to apply on the job. The example below shows how I can take learning objectives and build it into content people use.
E-LEARNING MODULE
I developed an eLearning module designed to teach customer-facing employees how to interact respectfully and confidently with guests with disabilities. The course combined practical guidance, narration, interactive learning elements, and knowledge checks to help learners recognize common barriers, use respectful language, and offer assistance appropriately.
Learners can click each term to reveal the definition, with voiceover narration for added support.
Two cards introduce the screen’s guidelines on respectful language, and a progress bar tracks the learner’s completion.
Two cards turn the slide’s two guidelines into choices the learner explores.
Learners pick a greeting for a guest who uses a wheelchair in a dinner-service scenario. Each answer gets immediate feedback, and wrong answers prompt a retry.
The screen states the key takeaway then uses a quote to reinforce it before the learner continues.
Short quizzes throught the module reinforce key concepts and help track learner progress and engagement.
